At Glassify, we love helping clients stay ahead with a stress-free maintenance routine. You can request a regular schedule when booking, or simply let us know in person at the end of your appointment.
We’ll work with you to find a timing that suits — monthly, quarterly or every 6 months — and can send a reminder or appointment card so you always know when we’re due back. Regular cleans mean priority bookings, discounts and windows that always look their best.
Life happens and plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, just let us know at least 2 business days in advance and we’ll happily find a new time that suits.
If cancellations are made with less than 2 business days’ notice, a late cancellation fee may apply, as we’ve set aside time and resources for your booking.
If we arrive and can’t access the property due to no one being there or entry issues, a $75 no-access fee will be charged.
